We are so delighted to announce that Jeanette McMenamin, Person Centred Counsellor, won The Wellbeing Award at the National Children and Young People Awards last month.

Attendees From Bay View During The Awards Evening

All award nominees were invited to a vibrant evening event in Birmingham in October to celebrate, whilst gaining the recognition and thanks that they deserve for their outstanding work to improve the lives of children and young people.

On announcing Jeanette as the winner of the Wellbeing Award, the judges said:

“Her exceptional kindness, unwavering passion, and sheer joy in spending time with each and every child makes an immense and lasting difference in their lives. Her warm and nurturing approach fosters not only a sense of safety but also a deep sense of belonging, leaving a profound impact.”

This award recognises an individual or agency who goes above and beyond to promote wellbeing for children and young people and/or ensure that families can stay together.

Congratulations Jeanette!
